Thursday Favorite Things: My Vintage Paper Doll Collection

Memories of one of my favorite childhood projects . . . . I would glue the paper doll onto a piece of cardboard off the back of my school notebook paper, but her out, and then cut out all the beautiful clothes on the page. Then, because I just couldn’t resist, I’d spend hours designing and creating even more beautiful outfits for her wardrobe. Maybe that’s why I still love to take “old stuff” and turn it into “new stuff” by recreating and refashioning all kinds of things into something different. Hmmmmm . . . . I guess the joys of childhood sometimes do carry over into lives for years to come.

If you would like to participate in this week’s Thursday Favorite Things Blog Hop, please visit Katherine at Katherine’s Corner and link up. I’ll stop by for a visit this afternoon when I take a coffee break! Have a great Thursday, Nina
